Looking for a new job!

My job right now is very stress, not because of my work, but because of my boss, everyone keep on saying that our boss is different right now, he is getting more annoyed and always like to blame his fault onto others, so on this december i am planning to look for a new job and hope that i can get the job after chinese new year because i wanted to take my bonus first! i really need those bonus to buy furniture for our house T.T
