Forgotten about this, we are currently in a process of buying another house, it's hard for us to accept what had happened before, but we have to move forward right? we cannot live in a shadow of the past, so we make our mind to buy another house instead of renting it. The main reason why we wanted to buy this house is because:
1. Strategic location: it is in the middle of our workplace and it is so near to her office.
2. Price: We closed the deal at RM135k, it is a new block and if we plan to rent that house, we can get at least RM650/month easily.
3. Dream: We always dream that we have our own house, so that we can do anything that we want about the house, we can renovate however we like without worries of someone's house that we cannot do this and that.
4. Saving: Believe it or not, we can do much more saving rather than we rent the house. Why? because our montly payment is lower than renting cost per month.
5. Easy: We don't want to moved in and moved out many times which will give you difficulties in a future.
So right now, we are in a process asking for loans, whether using her name alone is sufficient or not, if not then maybe we are going for a joint loan, hope everything going just fine, Insya-Allah.
p/s: baby, this house is yours, and i'm also yours, i love u so much baby, i love u with all my heart.
